Institutional policies in Germany

UniSAFE has mapped the policies and measures to address and combat GBV in 48 universities and research organisations in 15 European countries. You will find the full report in UniSAFE’s deliverable Inventory of policies and measures to respond to GBV in European universities and research organisations (D5.1). This deliverable aggregates the country reports and provides a typology of measures, including a mapping of the actors involved in their implementation.

For Germany, the policies of the following universities were mapped and analysed. We looked into their national context, institutional policy, training, role in knowledge production, content of the policy, institutional procedure and implementation of the policy.
To find out more about the national legislation, read our report on national and regional policies on gender-based violence in Germany that target universities, research institutes and RFOs, and policies adopted by RFOs.
