Such data becomes even more scarce in relatively under-researched contexts such as the workplace, particularly in universities and research organisations.
Gender-based violence is one of the most persistent and widespread human rights violations in our society. The first challenge when researching the issue is the wide range of definitions of both gender and gender-based violence used in different national and organisational contexts.
The UniSAFE team has published a report on the conceptual and theoretical state of the art, an extensive review of quantitative and qualitative studies, macro data, and a presentation of the conceptual framework that will inform UniSAFE’s research process.
